Connection Speed!

Izzit some cable under the sea is disconnect again? Since it's took age to load facebook site today. Anyone face this problem? I think i need to call my Internet Service Provide tomorrow and find the problem. But i do suspect my sister fully utilize the usage for this month. Damn if that's really the case then i need to use this turtle line for two week then it will be back to normal connection.
