To the following person who wrote this SLA, you are really idiot and what do you mean with BSP? Don't you know that in SLA you should state everything in the sentence that easy to understand and not hanging in the air! Damn no body can understand what he try to mean and now this idiot SLA is part of my assignment and i need to come a good SLA for the client. I'm just stuck to get more information about this SLA trying to get across to the client. Gosh!!
Btw if there someone curious what does 'SLA' mean its actually stand for 'Service Level Agreement'. Everyone will see this agreement when sign a contract with another party for example with your mobile provider.
Let me show my reader, what i mean with 'bad SLA'. Can you spot any information while reading through the SLA? Maybe you can share the information with me.
