Bank system down
Its my first time that bank system down affect me as their customer. I'm really disappointed with Australian bank system. It's not first time that the bank system is down and almost every bank in Australia face this issue before. Today is my unlucky day, i don't have cash in my wallet and i only realize that the bank system is down when i try to make payment after my dinner. First try to pay using my ATM Card but the transaction is not approval which i'm surprise cause a day before i had transfer from Netsaver account to complete access, which is for my daily usage account. As i mention before i don't have cash in my wallet, asked permission from the cashier that i will go the nearest ATM machine to withdrawn money. Lucky she allow me to leave the restaurant but the bank is deny is to access my own account to withdrawn money so call to the customer service centre and only been told that the bank system is down nationwide which deny the customer to withdrawn money from ATM and make payment thru EFTpos. Which i can't accept it and told the customer service that i need money urgently to pay my bill. Which the customer service recommended me to withdrawn in small amount maybe in AUS$20 but still the ATM machine deny me to withdrawn any amount from my account. Since the customer service can't help me so i asked can i still make payment through my credit card? The customer service reply with the answer as Yes. But the problem is as i reach the restaurant, i only realize that i leave my Australia credit card at home and there is not credit card in my wallet. At last the owner of the restaurant allow me to make payment next time since he recognize me as their frequently customer and understand the situation that i face at that moment. Gosh! at that moment i really feel so embarrassing cause never in my life i get deny by any bank to access my account. Today is my first time that bank deny my access to my account, Commonwealth Bank, Australia. I'm definitely going to file unsatisfied customer service with Commonwealth Bank and relevant department to make sure that Commonwealth bank get penalty for this matter.

I would have freaked out and shit in my pants. The bosses in Australia have good reputation to trust diners.
